SyllVS Fleet Management

SyllVS centralises the management of a chauffeur-driven vehicle fleet. It connects vehicles, payments and expenses to track operations and support financial decisions.

• Driver payments, administrative validation, filters and per-vehicle history.
• Role-based dashboards covering revenue, expenses, payment methods and fleet performance.
• Insurance and inspection deadlines, attached documents and renewal alerts.
• Accounts and vehicle assignments, payment notifications, CSV/Excel exports and printable reports.

Built with PHP/PDO and MySQL, Tailwind CSS and Chart.js, it separates administrator, driver and user roles. A SenePay payment flow includes a simulation mode.

My role : data model, business features and dashboards, access controls, notifications and operations.
